What you’ll need to succeed as a Senior Analyst, Customer Accounts at XPO
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
- 2 years of experience supporting customers with operational and technical issues, including deep analysis and status reporting
- Experience with Microsoft Office products such as Excel and Word
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- LTL industry experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage difficult customer conversations
- Able to operate with minimal guidance and structure in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Perform trend analysis to provide strategic and actionable business insights that enable operations or customers to make data-driven decisions
- Facilitate operational reporting for monthly and quarterly business reviews for assigned focus accounts
- Assist with query building, dashboard generation and report templates
- Ensure the quality of reports delivered to customers by proofreading and editing reports, checking numbers & report findings and ensuring the overall formatting and visual consistency of the reports
- Monitor utilization and partner with customers to develop strategies to ensure the best use of our service and help achieve maximum value
