Talent Acquisition Partner - Temporary - FT - Exempt

Job Description:

Responsible for recruitment and selection activities for assigned job classifications within the health system. With a focus on customer service, collaborates with hiring managers and recruitment colleagues to recruit and select only the highest quality candidates for JMH. Acts as a professional member of the HR team, in support of the JMH mission, vision, values and goals.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
  
  

Experience:

• 3 years Human Resources - Employment/Recruitment/Placement Specialist Required
• Healthcare - Health System Preferred
  
  

Skills:

• Must have strong systems aptitude, analytical and organizational skills.
• A high degree of organizational skills, ability to set priorities, manage multiple demands and the ability to complete tasks under strict time lines is required.
  
  

This is a temporary job through the end of the year, but may extend.

Exempt Days (Mon-Fri) (United States of America)

Pay Range:

$44.32 - $66.47

Hourly

Offer amounts are based on demonstrated/relevant experience and/or licensure.

Note: Positions at JMH which are exempt (not eligible for overtime) under the level of Manager are listed as hourly for compensation purposes on this posting. The work shift will contain the word ‘exempt’ on it.
