Pay Details
- Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour
- Remote - NY
- Contract Length: 2 months, with potential to extend
- Location: NY
- Monday- Friday 8:30AM- 5:00PM with 30 minutes for lunch.
- High School Diploma
- Excellent communication skills, with professional and personable phone etiquette
- Prior healthcare experience
- Computer literacy skills, with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems
- Ability to work independently
- Experience in a call center and/or customer service environment.
