Director of Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives and drive our growth strategy.


As the Director of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategies and ensuring the successful commercialization of our products. You will lead cross-functional teams, analyze market trends, and maintain a deep understanding of our customer needs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategies to exceed sales, distribution, and marketing objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Market Analysis: Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to identify market needs and trends, translating insights into actionable business opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D and other departments to lead projects through the product development lifecycle to commercialization.
  • Customer Advocacy: Assess customer satisfaction and serve as the “voice of the customer” within the organization.
  • Market Research: Identify research needs and gather customer feedback through diverse methodologies.
  • Competitive Monitoring: Keep a pulse on the competitive landscape to strategically position our products for maximum differentiation and revenue growth.
  • Industry Engagement: Manage the company’s presence at scientific, technical, and business conferences and meetings.
  • Key Opinion Leader Development: Create initiatives to recruit KOLs, establish referral networks, and drive sales growth.
  • Physician Collaboration: Engage with physicians to understand their needs, solicit feedback, and organize advisory board discussions.
  • Advocacy and Awareness: Enhance treatment option awareness within key physician societies through events and initiatives.
  • Payer Relationships: Foster relationships with KOL advocates to secure favorable payer contracts.
  • Market Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the market, competitive landscape, and clinical environment related to Caerus Corp products.
  • Clinical Positioning: Understand competitive therapies, review clinical evidence, and implement evidence-based selling strategies.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales and/or marketing experience in the medical device industry.
  • Previous people management experience is a plus.
  • Proven track record in bringing products to market through effective commercial launch planning and execution.
  • Experience in supporting core teams and marketing plans for new product development.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive cross-functional results.
  • Willingness to travel up to 35% to maintain engagement with KOLs, clinical sites, and attend industry meetings.

  • A collaborative team player with the ability to motivate others and build positive relationships across departments.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
