Lifehouse is hiring an Assistant Manager of Independent Living Services (ILS) to our growing team. Join us in our mission to improve the lives of people with developmental disabilities!

What you will do:

The ILS Assistant Manager will primarily be responsible for supervising department staff to ensure client needs are being met. The ILS Assistant Manager will also oversee caseloads split between Marin & Sonoma Counties.

What you will be doing:

  • Hiring and supervising department staff to ensure client needs are being met.
  • Coordinating client information with staff, social workers and families to ensure information is updated and accurate.
  • Ensuring Quality Control and client’s needs are met.
  • Conducting weekly site visits.
  • Keeping connected with DSP's & Clients through phone coverage.
  • Attending internal and regional center meetings.
  • Completing client billings.
  • Responding to 24/7 on-call emergencies.

What you will bring:

  • Strong management skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse organization, maintaining a positive work environment and leading change through teamwork.
  • The ability to plan and deliver clear oral and written communications that are impactful and persuasive.
  • Uses creative problem solving and decision-making skills to guide appropriate solutions.
  • Adequate skills with technology, e.g. computers and smartphones.
  • CA driver's license, clean driving record, and a car in good working order with valid registration and insurance.
  • Ability to pass a DOJ level fingerprinting/backgrounds clearance.

Pay: $70,000.00 if annualized

Work Location: In person, based in Petaluma, CA.

License/Certification:
