This is a full-time position that is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. Oversees the strategic alignment and successful administration of the True companies human resource function including recruiting and compensation, employee relations, training and development, performance management, compliance and leave administration, payroll, benefits, HR business systems, and people analytics. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation.

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with our overall business objectives
  • Lead and develop a team of HR professionals, ensuring effective operations and regulatory compliance while modeling exemplary leadership practices for the entire organization
  • Guide the evolution of our HR function to support our growing and diverse workforce
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to all levels of a large and diverse workforce, effectively communicating HR practices, policies, and benefits information.
  • Lead initiatives to improve how HR accelerates the achievement of business objectives through talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and organizational culture
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Implement innovative HR technologies and practices to improve efficiency and employee experience
  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field with ten (10) or more years of progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 5 years managing a team in a senior HR role.
  • Senior Professional Human Resource (SPHR) certification or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP)
  • Proven track record of scaling HR operations in a growing, multi-industry organization.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
  • Proficiency in HR technologies (e.g., HRIS, ATS, LMS, time and attendance).
  • English language fluency, verbal and written.
  • Acceptable results of a pre-employment background check and drug/alcohol test.
