Our physicians, nurses, and patient support staff will listen and work directly with patients to find the right path to parenthood.

We're seeking a dynamic Human Resources Business Partner to join our HR (People) team. In this role, you will report to the SVP of Human Resources and collaborate with key stakeholders to promote and support our business model, strategic goals, and company culture. You will serve as a trusted employee advocate, change agent, and strategic partner across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for employees and people managers who need support or guidance.
  • Manage people matters with an eye toward compliance and reducing risks; help build and apply HR policies and manage employee relations issues.
  • Provide coaching/guidance on skill development, career progression, change management, and compensation strategies.
  • Partner with managers on employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Partner with the SVP, HR on the design, facilitation and program management of People Team programs including employee engagement survey and action planning, performance management, compensation planning, exit interviews, etc.
  • Partner with other People Team functions and internal resources to drive and execute company-wide People initiatives; identifying opportunities for new program development as needed.
  • Support Recruitment team; participate or at times lead recruitment efforts for a specified market or team.
  • Support Benefits Manager and team members with complex cases related to employees’ LOA and ADA accommodation requests.
  • Act as a liaison between the People Team, client groups, and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment with First Fertility's values and culture.
  • Form strong relationships with department leaders grounded in trust and mutual respect, partnering to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of the business leading with data informed recommendations.
  • Educate, coach, and partner with people managers on performance management and employee development goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements related to employee management.
  • Contribute to building a positive team environment and promoting a supportive company culture.
  • Lead or support People Team projects as needed.
  • Own the roll-out and implementation of your work – no task is too big or too small for you.
  • Be a great team member; positively contribute to First Fertility and People Team culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; experience in healthcare a plus.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a People Partnering role (e.g., People & Culture Business Partner, HR Business Partner, etc.).
  • Experience in compensation program design is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and multi-state employment laws.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and coaching skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
