Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the engineering and drafting teams to ensure peak performance.
- Guarantee the timely completion of high-quality project designs, including the creation of shop drawings and design packages.
- Manage compliance with current regulations and industry standards.
- Supervise multiple engineering projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management and scheduling.
- Familiarity with building materials, windows, composites, or sandwich panels is advantageous.
- A minimum of five years of experience in an engineering leadership role.
- BS in an Engineering discipline or a relevant combination of education and experience.
