Salary Range
$90,000 - $142,500 Annual

What You Will Be Responsible For
- Development and production of meaningful analytics and metrics to facilitate an in-depth understanding of client growth and client retention.
- Analyze sales performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations that contribute to revenue growth.
- Identify and monitor KPIs and OKRs that impact sales and client growth, delivering clear and concise score carding and presentations to stakeholders.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to present complex data in an understandable format for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Generate additional data projects to help inform sales strategy.
- Partner with relevant teams to develop and maintain deep commercial insights through market research, competitive intelligence, and business analytics.
- Passion for data accuracy, storytelling through analytics, and continuous learning.
- Ability to turn vague business problems into plans for data projects.
- Ability to take various data inputs and craft a coherent story and narrative.
- Ability to create appropriate visualizations for the data story being told.
- Ability to build and communicate data-driven decisions including clear view of the pros and cons associated with various alternatives.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable business recommendations.
- 5+ years of experience in a data analyst, business intelligence, or related role.
- Advanced level skills with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. Strong working knowledge of Salesforce.com, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI is preferred.
- BS/BA degree in business or related discipline. Advanced degree preferred (e.g., MBA)
- Experience in asset servicing / asset management industry preferred.
- State Street experience is a plus.
