Agent Contracting Admin - REMOTE from any US based location

The stated pay range is based on a national-average location. Actual salary is determined by factors including relevant work experience, skills and location. This position is bonus eligible.

CNO Financial Group is hiring an Agent Contracting Admin to be responsible for creating and maintaining agent contracting files and paperwork. This includes ensuring all required documents are received and processed within service level agreements (SLAs). These processes can include distributing mail, appointments, terminations, updates to agent certifications, address changes, and quality review.

This is your opportunity to partner with all CNO companies and their related functional areas such as Sales, Recruiting, New Business, and Commissions.

As an Agent Contracting Admin, your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring each agent or agency is properly licensed and appointed (based on state requirements)
• Updating/adding agent or agency demographics, expiration dates, and certifications
• Identifying gaps in departments’ processes and assisting in the development of initiatives to address these gaps
• Understanding of Department of Insurance appointment and termination processes
• Serving as backup for other contracting functions in absence of another team member
• Collaborating on various projects with internal CNO employees and external vendors
  
  
  

The Agent Contracting Admin position is well-suited for you if you:

• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exhibit strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word

• High school diploma, GED, or 2 years of relevant experience as equivalent

• Knowledge of insurance licensing and appointments
• Willingness to work Central or Eastern time zone business hours
