Responsibilities
- Represent clients in court proceedings including hearings and trials Draft legal documents such as contracts, wills, and deeds Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other legal professionals
- Prepare legal briefs and other documents
- Research relevant laws and regulations
- Develop legal strategies
- Examine legal data to determine advisability of defending or prosecuting lawsuit
- Prepare legal opinions
- uris Doctor (JD) degree 0 - 2 years of experience in personal injury law
- Bar admission in the state of New Jersey
- Excellent legal writing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong research and analytical skills
