Position Summary

Supports business partners by providing pricing related to brokerage accounts, processing transactions, and resolving issues promptly.

Major Tasks And Responsibilities

• Negotiates truckload costs and services with business partners.
• Establishes quotes and other specifics from business partners.
• Monitors and follows up to ensure loads are moving according to schedule and expectations.
• Tracks and updates timely entries into the operating systems for load status, costs, and freight data.
• Communicates changes in load status to business partners.
• Assists cross-functional teams in projects during heavy load volume.
• Reports potential or known service failures to business partners.
• Resolves any discrepancies related to shipments.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in business or a related field.
• 2+ years of transportation experience.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
