The Trinchero Family Estates Marketing Team is seeking a creative and passionate content creator to join our team and help grow our newest brand, Atomic Boss Hard Punch, on social media. This is a monthly contracted position through June 30, 2025.

Essential Functions

  • Create various forms of social media content including video, images, reels, stories & copy suitable for various social media platforms; YouTube, Instagram, Threads, Facebook, Tik Tok and Discord. Includes capturing content, editing content and providing copy to be ready for posting.
  • Create and manage an established organic social media calendar in collaboration with digital marketing team and brand stakeholders.
    • Participate in regular content planning and strategy meetings.
    • Provide calendar for review to partners in a timely manner.
  • Manage social media (influencer) partnerships end to end, including:
    • Identifying potential partners
    • Outreach and contract negotiations
    • Content delivery and posting
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that all content is relevant and helps maximize engagement, reach and sales.
  • Executes content project requests as directed by Supervisor or Digital Team.
  • Ensure created content aligns with the brand voice and style.
  • Travel to various sites to capture content as directed by Supervisor (events, conventions, photoshoot locations, etc.)
  • Knowledge of social media trends, hashtags and engagement strategy, with emphasis on YouTube, Instagram, and Discord.
  • Foster community growth and engagement through community management across all active channels.
  • Experience with alc bev brands and understanding of three-tiered system preferred but not required.
Qualifications

  • Experience: 1-3 years in a social media role preferred. Alc bev experience a plus. Digitally native, familiar with the social media ecosystem.
  • Experience with content creation with a strong emphasis on video and familiarity with editing software.
  • Extremely detail-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities from stakeholders and deliver on-time results.
  • Adaptability and flexibility with a willingness to embrace change and to adopt strategies and directional changes on the fly.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of the team.
  • Passion for ‘geek culture’ inclusive of technology, entertainment, fiction and fandom a plus.
  • Have the ability to drive and have your own vehicle.
  • Ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs.
  • At least 21+ years of age.

Working Conditions

  • Hybrid schedule . Some on-site presence required for collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Travel may be required to attend events and capture content.
  • Frequent deadline pressures.
  • Comply with company safety regulations.

Salary Range: $50.00 - $100.00

The starting pay will be based on several factors, including but not limited to experience, training, education, and geographic location.
