Who We’re Looking For

As a key member of the Operations team, the Senior Director Operational Excellence will be responsible for leading high-level planning and deployment of the operational excellence strategy including achievement of world class operational performance. They will collaborate closely with functional teams to drive transformation and drive the company towards its strategic objectives.

About The Role

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive operational excellence strategy to drive profitable growth including the deployment of lean manufacturing, automation, and network optimization.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage Industry 4.0 technologies.
  • Assess current business processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful implementation of transformational projects.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with 10 years leading operations or manufacturing equipment teams with a track record of successfully leading and executing large-scale transformation projects. Lean manufacturing experience required.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to build, inspire, motivate and manage a diverse team; the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in change management and driving cultural transformation within an organization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree and medical device experience preferred.
