Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist in CHEEKTOWAGA, New York, United States. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining customer credit records, processing customer credit applications, and monitoring customer accounts. This role also requires the use of various software systems and skills including Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, CRM, Epic Software, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process customer credit applications with precision and efficiency
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate customer credit records
• Proactively monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
• Utilize Accounting Software Systems for processing and record-keeping tasks
• Employ ADP - Financial Services for the management of financial services
• Use CRM to manage customer relationships and interactions
• Operate Epic Software for various operational tasks
• Implement ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for business management
• Perform Accounting Functions and Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks
• Handle Billing Functions and Cash Activity efficiently
• Manage Cash Handling in accordance with company protocols.
