Friendship Manor, a Generations Healthcare facility, is looking to hire an STP Program Director to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the program, including program development, implementation, and evaluation.
• Provide leadership and supervision to program staff, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to carry out their responsibilities effectively.
• Collaborate with other departments within the organization to coordinate services and ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Monitor program outcomes and make necessary adjustments to ensure program effectiveness and client satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date on best practices in the field of behavioral health and apply them to program development and service delivery.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
• Must have at least two years of experience or training in a mental health setting, one year of which shall include experience or training in program development for mentally disordered.
• Proven experience in program management, particularly in the behavioral health field.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices in the field of behavioral health.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with managing a team and proven leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
