Description
We are looking for a full-time relationship-centered family physician to add to our team at our near-site employer-sponsored primary care clinic in Terre Haute, IN.
We provide high-quality, proactive primary care to adults and children in partnership with local employers or unions. We focus on prevention and wellness, acute and chronic disease management, and maximizing provider-patient relationships. We seek providers who are passionate about providing full-spectrum primary care resulting in top-notch clinical quality, outstanding service, and increased overall health outcomes.
Position Details: Patient population: employees and families of all ages down to 3+ years
Hours: 40 hours per week; Can be flexible
Schedule: Days and hours per day flexible for the right candidate, possibly 4 x10'sClinic
Team: one nurse practitioner, two MAs, and a medical receptionist.
Onsite: Labs and Dispensary

Position – Typical Day In The Life:
Procedures, Physicals, Well women’s visits, Acute, Chronic disease management & coaching
- Average of 10-12 patients/day
- More time spent with patients to enhance relationships and build trust
- Far less time with ICD-10 coding and admin work vs traditional primary care, and admin time is built into the schedule (no need to take home your work!)
- The opportunity to really improve patient outcomes with a finite patient panel
- Not on Call
Benefits:

Job Requirements:
- MD or DO, Active License in state of employment, Active DEA
- Board-certified in Family or Internal Medicine
- Comfortable performing well-woman exams and prescribing birth control is required
- Can be out of Residency
