- Ability to manage various software, hardware upgrades and projects
- Ability to work effectively with staff, various stakeholders, business partners and vendors.
- Ability to speak, read and write English.
- Experience with ITIL based systems such as ServiceNow
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization and vendors. Ability to function in a team environment effectively and professionally.
- Ability to function independently, have flexibility, personal integrity.
