- Handle cash flow analysis and annual budget
- Use ADP for payroll processing
- Utilize Great Plains and Computerized Accounting System for various accounting functions
- Ensure the smooth operation of accounting functions within the company
- Resolve customer inquiries effectively and efficiently
- Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary
- Assist in setting up the company on QuickBooks for efficient financial management.
