The Role

The Consultant, Global Talent Management Center of Expertise, is a Global HR role responsible for designing and implementing talent management strategies that encompass onboarding, engagement, performance management, succession planning, career development, and learning initiatives on a global scale. You will integrate talent management with comprehensive learning and development programs, aligned to employee growth, and in service of our global business goals.

This is a remote working role reporting to the Global Head of Talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Management
    • Collaborate with leaders and HR Business Partners on the execution of global talent management strategies that support our growth, sustainability, and competitiveness.
    • Identify important talent acquisition and development priorities in line with our long-term objectives.
  • Onboarding
    • Implement onboarding programs to accelerate new hires' integration and productivity.
    • Work with the wider HR / Operations teams to create a great new employee experience.
  • Performance Management
    • Identify requirements and help develop the talent modules in Workday to support the performance management, succession planning, and talent review strategies.
    • Drive adoption of system and process changes across global teams.
  • Learning and Development
    • Design and manage a comprehensive global learning and development program that caters to different employee needs and career stages, including executive levels.
    • Utilize a variety of learning modalities and technology to deliver effective and engaging training.
    • Identify skill gaps, assess individual and team development needs, and create tailored development plans.
  • Talent Assessment and Successor Development
    • Implement talent assessment processes to identify high-potential employees.
    • Develop and implement coaching and mentoring programs to groom and develop high-potential employees for future leadership roles.
  • Employee Engagement
    • Lead the development and delivery of the global Inizio engagement and department specific surveys.
    • Create and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, job satisfaction, and overall employee experience.
    • Implement, monitor, and analyze employee engagement metrics (e.g., surveys) and create action plans to address areas of concern.
  • Talent Analytics and Reporting
    • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of talent management and learning initiatives.
    • Continuously gather data and feedback to inform decision-making and program improvements.
  • Global Consistency
    • Standardize talent management and learning processes to ensure standards, consistency, and quality across all our regions departments.
    • Adapt programs to accommodate cultural and local differences while maintaining a unified global approach.
  • Budget Management:
    • Adhere to the talent management and learning and development budgets, optimizing resource allocation for the most impactful programs.
  • Vendor and Resource Management:
    • Collaborate with external vendors, subject-matter experts, and internal learning and development teams.
    • Cultivate relationships with third-party providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality learning and talent management solutions.
What Skills & Experience You Bring To The Role

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Organizational Development) and consulting experience is preferred. Advanced degree preferred (Ph.D. or Masters in a related field)
  • 3-5 years of global experience in talent management, learning and development, and leadership development roles.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
  • Global mindset and experience working with diverse, international teams.
  • Proficiency in talent management, educational technology and e-learning platforms.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and talent management best practices.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Curiosity and a desire for best practices and continuous learning and improvement.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations. We consider compensation more than just a base salary – that’s why we also offer an exceptional range of flexible benefits, personal support and tailored learning and development opportunities all designed to help you realize your full potential both in life and at work.

Compensation

$110,000—$120,000 USD
