Operations Manager

The Operations Manager at our leisure and family entertainment center plays a pivotal role in overseeing all operational functions. They conduct regular meetings with direct reports to review goals, assess progress, and analyze key performance indicators in each area. This individual is dedicated to problem-solving, seizing opportunities, and fostering accountability among team members. Furthermore, the Operations Manager drives strategic long-term planning efforts to support the continuous growth and prosperity of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and streamline operational processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in delivering client services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align operational strategies with client needs and expectations.
• Foster strong client relationships by understanding their operational requirements and delivering tailored solutions.
• Proactively identify opportunities for operational growth and improvement to enhance overall service delivery.

Skills, Education, and Experience:

• A college degree and/or a minimum of five years of management experience, preferably in the leisure or family entertainment industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong financial skills.

• Strong written and oral communication skills for managing business administration and personal matters.
