Executive Assistant

Description

We are seeking an Executive Assistant for a contract to hire employment opportunity in Little Rock, Arkansas. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to 2-3 C-suite executives, manage executive schedules, organize travel arrangements, and ensure all meeting agendas are prepared and executed efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management and organization of executive calendars to ensure effective time management
• Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for executives
• Support C-suite executives by preparing and ensuring smooth execution of agendas
• Record and distribute meeting minutes for effective communication and action planning
• Utilize various softwares
• Manage communication and correspondence with internal and external stakeholders
• Facilitate conference calls and meetings for executives
• Ensure all tasks and projects are executed within the designated timeline
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  
  

Requirements

• Experience supporting multiple executives
• Previous knowledge of scheduling travel
• Excellent skills in Calendar Management
• Strong Communication abilities
• Experience in managing Conference Calls
• Ability to handle Correspondence effectively
