Business Operations Generalist

SnapMagic, the leading platform for electrical engineers, is revolutionizing electronics design with artificial intelligence. We help 1.8 million engineers design products like drones, electric cars, and virtual reality headsets 10x faster. SnapMagic recently raised its first round of VC funding from leading Silicon Valley investors to accelerate our business into the next stages of growth.

We are looking for an ambitious and driven Business Operations Generalist to join our growing team. This fast-paced role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing many hats, excels at problem-solving, and thrives in dynamic environments. You will collaborate cross-functionally and play a critical role in scaling business development, go-to-market strategies, and customer success. If you love taking the initiative to build scalable processes, enhance communications, and make a real impact, this role is for you.

This role will initially focus on three core areas: Customer Success, Business Development, and Marketing, with roughly a third of your time spent on each.

• Customer Success: Ensure our customers and partners have a seamless experience, improve existing processes, assist with Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and build systems to preempt and offload requests.
• Business Development: Help drive partnerships, lead generation, and strategic calls.
• Marketing: Support product launches, manage PR and press initiatives, and assist with social media strategies to increase website traffic and leads.
  
  
  

Additional Responsibilities

• Manage pipelines and ensure that our SLAs and company goals are consistently met.
• Help with recruiting, sourcing new talent, and managing contractors as needed.
• Build scalable, repeatable processes that can grow with our team and customer base.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the go-to-market, sales, operations, product, and the CEO to align business objectives.
• Continuously improve processes to make them more robust.

Tools and Tech

We use a variety of tools, including HubSpot, Trello, Front, and Linear, but we're always open to new solutions. You should be agile and tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly adapt to and implement new tools.

• 5+ years in an operational or similarly cross-functional role.
• Strong sense of urgency and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data
