Job Summary

We are seeking a highly professional and customer-oriented Administrative Associate I to join our team. As an Administrative Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This position requires excellent communication skills, both over the phone and in person, as you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Training will be provided on the job, and the position will become busier starting from November 1st. Job Specifications

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Location: 1795 N Highway 17 Mount Pleasant SC 29464
  • Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
  • Shift: Monday to Friday (split schedule, could be 8:30 am to 5:30 pm or 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch). Schedule may include Saturdays, and overtime may be required.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Greet and check-in customers for appointments in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Make outbound calls to members to schedule appointments, aiming for a minimum of 30 calls per day.
  • Conduct evening calls to verify appointments for the following day.
  • Offer refreshments to customers in the waiting room, ensuring their comfort.
  • Prepare mailings to be sent to the post office.
  • Enter sales data for documentation purposes.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience with professional phone conversations and customer service.
  • Ability to deal face-to-face with the public and maintain a friendly and patient demeanor.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in using basic computer applications.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work a split schedule and potentially on Saturdays.
  • Willingness to work overtime when required.

Please note that the position will not become very busy until November 1st, as business/activity in the store will be slow until then.
