Head of HiTech / Media

Pay: $225k-250k + bonus

We're looking for a Head of HiTech / Media for a global technology services company known for its expertise in driving digital transformation and delivering innovative solutions across multiple industries.

This role involves leading industry segments, driving P&L performance, and achieving revenue and profitability targets. You'll be responsible for building relationships with CXOs, developing market strategies, and leading a high-performing team. A background in HiTech and Media is essential.

This is a remote role with a salary of up to $250k, which can be flexible depending on experience, plus bonus, and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with CXOs, acting as Exec Sponsor for top accounts and driving QBRs.
• Own and deliver strategy, including identifying new segments, offerings, partnerships, and go-to-market strategies.
• Execute GTM plan to meet revenue goals, new logo closures etc.
• Prepare annual Business Plan in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Achieve Gross Margin (GM) goals by optimizing competency mix, geo mix, pricing strategy, people cost, and project overruns.
  
  

Skills

• Deep understanding of the HiTech and Media Industry
• 15 to 20 years in IT Service Delivery experience
• P&L experience
• Track record of consistently achieving revenue and profitability targets.
• Creating account development strategies that have helped grow $10M+ accounts.
• Experience with entire sales cycle including building and executing GTM strategies.
