Are you an experienced Bookkeeper with a strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices? Staffmark is hiring a meticulous and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our client's collaborative team. If you are detail-oriented with outstanding time management, communication, and interpersonal skills, it's time that we connect!
Pay rate: $19 per hour
Schedule: Business days, 8am - 5pm
Bookkeeper Essential Tasks
Maintain accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations. Perform daily accounting tasks such as monthly financial reporting, general ledger entries, and record payments and adjustments. Qualified candidates will have experience in bookkeeping, accounting principles, payroll, and AR/AP. Other requirements include Microsoft Office Suite Excel experience, previous, ability to maintain confidentiality, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
