Job Description

The Construction Project Manager - Single Family Residential will:

• Manage all phases of single-family residential construction projects, including planning, execution, and closing.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and maintain quality standards.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and documentation.
• Facilitate client meetings and provide updates to ensure transparency and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Resolve conflicts and issues that may arise during construction, fostering a positive working environment.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Construction Project Manager - Single Family Residential candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of project management experience in single-family residential construction. They should possess strong client-facing skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of managing projects successfully from start to finish. A degree in construction management or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in project management software.
