Support North American Appliance NPD group during absence of current manager

• Work with existing team and provide coaching, direction, oversight, to assure that we deliver to commitments.
• This role will not have any direct reports
• Project portfolio management (resource allocation review, executive updates, stage gate discipline, etc.)
• Some project management
• Some engineering and project support
• Post return of NPD manager: Plan projects and lead cross functional teams through various engineering projects and business process improvements.
