Talent Sourcer - Contractor role for 6 months

We’re growing and looking to hire Talent Sourcer - Contractor role for 6 months to creatively and proactively source candidates for GTM roles across the US.

Responsibilities:

As a Talent Sourcer, Your impact will be:

• Creatively and proactively source candidates for GTM and Customer Experience roles across the US via multiple sourcing channels and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation and sourcing campaigns
• Build relationships with potential candidates and understand their needs and motivations.
• Find, engage and activate passive candidates through the use of Boolean, LinkedIn and alternative search techniques
• Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine basic qualifications
• Build innovative strategies for recruitment processes and methods
• Take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating closely with senior management and hiring managers, if needed.
  
  

Requirements:

What do you need to succeed in this role?

• 3+ years experience as a Talent Sourcing Expert / Talent Partner either in-house or at an agency.
• Experience with hiring in the Cyber Security industry. Knowledge with Cloud, OT, IOT.
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools, including Boolean search, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
• Experience working with and building sourcing strategies with hiring managers
• Data-driven practices and abilities
• Can-do spirit and a creative sourcing approach

Expected hourly compensation for the role is between 50-65$ per hour. This is a good faith estimate but does not include equity, bonus, or other forms of payment. Pay will be by experience level, but those outside the salary band are welcome to apply.
