Key Stakeholders:
  • Internal

Detroit and Global Strategy Team - a brilliant, diverse mix of people.
  • Clients

Occasional involvement in key client sessions and presentations, participation in workshops.
  • 3rd Parties

Occasional interaction with freelancers and local market experts.

Key Responsibilities

Work as part of a strategic/creative team to deliver key pieces of work for some of the world's most exciting brands across Imagination's Consulting, Destinations, Content and Live offers:

  • Own discrete pieces of research, insight and idea development within larger strategic/creative projects.

  • Support Detroit Strategy Director to ensure strategy elements of projects run smoothly - managing timelines, resources and logistics for the team where needed.

  • Bring fresh ideas and approaches for research, workshops and creative territories and platforms.

  • Support client presentations where required.

  • Be a great cultural addition to the team - curious, rigorous, respectful and brave!




Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


  • 3-5 years' experience in a creative agency or corporate marketing communications environment.

  • Exemplary written and verbal communications skills.

  • Proficient presentation creation and delivery skills.

  • Experiential Marketing experience is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Automotive experience is preferred but not mandatory.
