Courier (Part-Time 16-24 hours)

Pay Range: $18.00 per hour

This position is responsible for the safe and timely transportation of inter-casino mail, U.S. mail, cargo throughout the enterprise and by personally performing the following duties, as well as demonstrating the GILA WAY.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Promotes and provides excellent guest service experiences to both internal and external guests.
• Ensures that enterprise vehicles are fueled and an accurate mileage record is kept.
• Conducts regular inspections of enterprise vehicles, noting and reporting any damages and/or changes to the vehicle and arranging and receiving approval for repairs.
• Transports inter-casino documents, U.S. Mail both internally and to the Post Office, and payroll punch reports.
• Assists in other areas of the transportation department as needed to include valet and bus driver duties.
  
  

Skills/ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED or related experience preferred.
• Valid AZ driver's license with a clean driving record for the past 5 years
• Ability to perform the GILA WAY which is as follows; Greet our guest, Interact positively with our guest, Listen actively to our guest, and Appreciate our guest.
• Must possess excellent guest service skills, strong telephone etiquette, and be a self-starter with the ability to follow up and complete tasks in a timely manner with minimum supervision.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships as well as to gain the cooperation of guests and fellow team members.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
• This position must have, or an ability to acquire within one year, an in-depth knowledge and thorough understanding of Enterprise Policies and Procedures, governmental regulations, and technical rules relevant to their responsibilities.
