Job Description:

We are is seeking a highly organized and dynamic Event Coordinator to plan and execute a variety of corporate events. This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of events from start to finish, including planning, coordinating with vendors, and overseeing event logistics. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range: $1150 - $1400 weekly

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute company events, including conferences, corporate meetings, product launches, team-building activities, and client functions.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and contractors to ensure all event logistics are in place.
• Develop event budgets, manage expenses, and ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure all event-related needs are met, including catering, transportation, audiovisual setups, and promotional materials.
• Oversee event timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
• Communicate event details to participants, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot on-site issues during events to ensure smooth execution.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to determine the success of the event and areas for improvement.
• Maintain up-to-date records of event activities and manage event-related databases.
• Assist with marketing and promotional activities related to the events.
  
  

Skills, Knowledge And Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute changes.
