Job Description

Superintendent Life Science Project - Portsmouth, NH will be responsible for:

• Lead $20M life science project in Portsmouth NH, ensuring all aspects of construction are delivered to the highest standards.
• Oversee field operations, managing subcontractors and maintaining project schedules.
• Coordinate closely with the Project Manager to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain excellent communication with clients, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Manage site safety, ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards.

The Successful Applicant

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent managing life science, healthcare, or higher education projects.
• Strong ability to independently run projects in the field.
• Familiarity with managing complex projects up to $50M in value.
• Experience with Procore, P6, and Timberline software.
• Background working on high-quality healthcare or life science facilities is highly preferred.
