At Burg, we’re looking for an Office Manager who will be the cornerstone of our office operations. This role is pivotal as the primary point of contact for employees and patients, ensuring a seamless experience for all. Dental Experience preferred.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Office Operations: Manage daily activities and productivity of all office staff, ensuring adherence to deadlines and practice standards.
  • Enhance Employee Experience: Drive employee satisfaction and retention through effective communication, teamwork initiatives, and sound employee relations practices.
  • Staff Development: Identify training needs and work with leadership to implement development programs that align with practice and individual goals.
  • Resolve Issues: Address and resolve problems that arise with team members and patients, ensuring a positive resolution.
  • Communication Management: Handle telephone calls and emails from patients and professional providers professionally and efficiently.
  • Office Inventory Management: Monitor and manage office supplies and coordinate with our ordering team
  • HR Responsibilities: Assist with hiring, onboarding, and terminations.
  • Office Maintenance: Arrange for maintenance services to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
  • Reporting and Improvement: Report office progress to the executive team and collaborate on strategies to enhance operations, procedures, and productivity.
  • Versatility: Gain familiarity with every role in the office, balancing duties between office management and front desk responsibilities.
