Description
RobertHalf is working with a dynamic and growing company looking to add to their staff. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Administrative Assistant. If you are a detail-oriented detail oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills in both English and Spanish, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities: Provide administrative support. Answer and direct phone calls in a detail oriented and courteous manner.
Draft and edit documents, emails, and correspondence in both English and Spanish.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and hard copy. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
Translate documents and communications between English and Spanish as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications: Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken). Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
