We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Assistant in Auburn, Washington. The job function will primarily revolve around the poultry industry, within a traditional, on-site work environment. The role entails processing and maintaining customer credit records and addressing customer inquiries.

- Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer credit records
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
- Assist in accounts payable (AP) invoice matching
- Input and manage financial information
- Send weekly customer statements
- Handle receipts and transfers
- Ensure proof of delivery for each transaction
- Utilize accounting software systems effectively to complete tasks
- Proficiency in accounting software systems
- Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
- Experience with CaseWare and Concur
- Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
- Understanding of accounting functions
- Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Skills in auditing and bank reconciliations
