  • Follow the head coach's season plan.
  • Support success for your team for the season. Academics, behavior, athletics.
  • Attend all practice/season scheduled events.
  • Understand and follow the Lynx PEAKs.
  • Team building/bonding outside of the sport.
  • Assist with traveling logistics.
  • Communication with the head coach, and all others involved.
  • Review NCAC Athletic handbook
  • Stay current in all certifications and TSD guidelines.
  • Be respectful and supportive of a learning environment for all people involved.
