Title: Vice President of Claim Operations

Location: Torrance, CA

Compensation: \(250k - \)300k On-Target Earnings

We are in search of a seasoned executive to lead our claims operations. This pivotal role reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and is essential in steering operational excellence across all claims processes, including the management of adjusting and field claim operations. The Vice President of Claim Operations will be accountable for upholding claim performance standards, as well as optimizing both employee satisfaction and network Net Promoter Scores (NPS). The VP will also be responsible for maintaining budgetary controls while fostering a culture of accountability within the claims teams.

Compensation And Benefits

• Competitive compensation package ranging from \(250k to \)300k On-Target Earnings (OTE).
• Base salary of \(175k, with performance-based bonuses of up to \)30k quarterly, uncapped.
• 401k plan with a 10% match, eligible after one year of service.
