Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for assembling high-quality electro-mechanical products utilized across a variety of customer applications. Your expertise will ensure that all assemblies meet stringent specifications, contributing to our company’s reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble individual electro-mechanical components following established manufacturing procedures and technical documents.
  • Execute material handling processes related to work orders and inventory maintenance.
  • Prepare sub-assemblies and final assemblies, ensuring they conform to outlined specifications.
  • Perform necessary adjustments and alignments using a variety of hand tools to meet quality standards.
  • Report any defects, scrap, or production issues to your supervisor promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members and cross-train in other assembly areas to enhance your skills.

Required Skills

  • Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Manual dexterity to handle small components and perform various assembly and soldering operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and visual acuity.
  • Ability to lift weights ranging from 10 to 50 lbs as required.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent training is preferred.
  • Prior experience with hand tools and calibrated measuring equipment is essential.
