ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and write engaging digital personal finance curriculum for grades 6-12, aligned with national and state standards.Create, revise and review interactive lessons, activities, assessments, and projects that cater to diverse learning styles and promote critical thinking.Incorporate real-world examples, case studies, and simulations to make the curriculum relevant and applicable to students' lives.Utilize technology tools and platforms to create dynamic content and lessonsCollaborate with subject matter experts, teachers, and instructional designers to ensure the curriculum is accurate, comprehensive, and effective.Continuously update and improve the curriculum based on feedback, research, and industry trends.Skills that will aid in your SuccessLearning Theory Expertise: Demonstrated understanding of youth learning theories, principles, and methodologies as well as youth development stages, challenges, and interests to create effective, relevant and engaging learning experiences. RequirementsMaster's degree in education, finance, business and/or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience teaching personal finance, economics and/ or related subjects in grades 6-12.Proven experience in curriculum development and instructional design.Strong understanding of personal finance concepts and best practices.Familiarity with Project-Based Learning.Proficiency in using educational technology tools and platforms to build out learning activities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
