Job Overview

We are a distinguished dentist recruiting firm collaborating with a well-respected private practice in search of a skilled associate dentist. This position offers a full-time schedule of 4 to 5 days per week, with the added benefit of no night or weekend shifts required. The practice enjoys a substantial patient base as the current associate is set to retire.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver general restorative dental procedures to a diverse patient population.
  • Operate independently while effectively collaborating with a dedicated dental team.
  • Maintain professionalism and composure in all situations.
  • Utilize advanced dental technology and instruments proficiently.
  • Engage in ongoing education and professional development as required.

Required Skills

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD).
  • Valid state license to practice dentistry.
  • CPR certification.
  • Demonstrated experience within a dental practice.
  • Proficient use of various dental instruments and equipment.
  • Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong teamwork abilities.
  • Exceptional hand-eye coordination.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with both placing and restoring implants is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of working in a dental practice.
  • Strong capacity to communicate effectively with both patients and staff members.
