  • A proven leader with a successful track record leading, coaching, and mentoring Product and User Experience teams.
  • An analytical, metrics-driven thinker who is deeply empathetic and leads with a user-centered approach.

  • History and reputation for listening to users, understanding their needs, and creating improvements to meet those needs.
  • Strong track record of shaping and executing product strategy through portfolio roadmaps and tight collaboration with Engineering.
  • Committed to collaboration and can work well with other business units to build iterative solutions that continuously deliver value.
  • If no experience in HCM, you have a proven track record of entering a new space and building expertise rapidly.
