Job Title: Site Human Resources Manager/Leader

Job Overview

We are seeking a Site Human Resources Manager/Leader to play a pivotal role in our aerospace organization. This position requires an individual with extensive experience in the aerospace sector and a proven track record of effective leadership. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Site Business Unit Manager and report directly to the Division HR Manager, overseeing a workforce of approximately 460 employees. This role presents a unique opportunity to influence the team’s success and contribute positively to our business partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Business Unit Manager to align HR initiatives with strategic business objectives.
  • Lead and implement HR strategies to enhance employee engagement and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with Export Control requirements and uphold company policies.
  • Manage employee relations, performance assessments, and talent acquisition efforts.
  • Foster a culture of inclusivity and support across the organization.

Required Skills

  • Strong leadership and strategic human resources capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and motivate teams effectively.
  • Aerospace industry experience is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with compliance regulations and employee relations matters.

Qualifications
