This includes assessing the abilities of individual drivers, leading classroom and on-the-road training sessions, observing driving practices and offering feedback, and ensuring adherence to all relevant safety policies and procedures.

- Instruct drivers in safe operation of motor vehicles
- Develop and implement driver training programs
- Evaluate and provide feedback on drivers' performance
- Maintain records of drivers' training sessions
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
