Administrative Assistant (Healthcare)

Description

A highly-respected healthcare firm is seeking a dynamic Administrative Assistant to support daily operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate executive communications, including calls, emails, and interfacing with clients.
• Prepare internal and external documents for team members and clients.
• Schedule and manage meetings and appointments, as well as manage travel itineraries.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
