Essential Functions

• Lead the execution of business system technology and process improvement
  
  

objectives.

• Understand business processes and apply them to technical solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve computer hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install and train end users in new technologies and applications.
• Provide remote technical support over the phone or internet to employees.
• Backup and restore data files.
• Occasional travel to multiple locations.
  
  

Qualifications

• Demonstrated written communication skills to create helpful support logs.
• Time management skills to provide updates and fixes within a promised time
  
  

frame.

• Multitasking skills to assist multiple employees at once.
• Customer service skills to interact professionally and positively with employees

• High-level knowledge of commonly used software, hardware, and applications.
• Strong oral communication skills to gather information from employees and
  
  

explain complex technical concepts in simple language.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and diagnose issues.
• Observational skills to recognize warning signs that indicate potential problems.
• Experience with basic electrical installation for access control and security
  
  

cameras, a plus.

• Basic understanding of network and system administration.
