How would an intern contribute to the team’s success: As a formulation intern in the Nutrition Business Sustaining and Value Engineering team, you will get to leverage your formulation and engineering skills to help enhance our Nutrition product portfolio by working on a technical project that will deliver a critical business need.
An example of a typical project would be: A typical project on this team could be developing a technical solution to resolve a critical product quality or manufacturing challenge, supporting the qualification of new ingredients to enhance a products supply stability, functionality, or cost, or the project may be focused on identifying a way to value engineer/cost optimize an existing Nutrition product within our portfolio.

Required Skills And Background
- Desired Major: Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Science, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Food Science, or Related
- Desired Class Year: Graduating 2026 (Spring, Summer or Winter)
- Desired Skills: Critical Thinking, problem solving, manufacturing experience, leadership of teams/groups/projects, strong ability to communicate clearly and confidently, leadership experience. Bonus points if you have prior experience in engineering, formulation (product), or a role that required a degree of technical problem solving
