Our 12-week paid internship program offers firsthand experience and meaningful projects that have an impact on our business. Throughout the program, you’ll have the opportunity to work alongside industry professionals receiving mentorship, professional development and networking opportunities that will expose you to various aspects of our industry.

As a Creative/Graphic Design Intern. The Creative team is responsible for creating engaging marketing materials through graphic design, videos and photography. Interns will work alongside our designers in creating new projects to support the business and our customers. In addition to the impactful work you will complete within your department, you will:

- Developing personal and professional skills through workshops about communication, LinkedIn, corporate presence, and more.
As a Creative/Graphic Design Intern. The Creative team is responsible for creating engaging marketing materials through graphic design, videos and photography. Interns will work alongside our designers in creating new projects to support the business and our customers. In addition to the impactful work you will complete within your department, you will:
- Assist with projects tied to Gordon Food Service’s strategic initiatives.
- Gain knowledge of the business, workplace etiquette and business communication.
- Work 1 on 1 with a Talent Acquisition Specialist to revamp your resume.
- Work on cross functional teams to present impactful business solutions to senior leadership.
Being an intern at Gordon Food Service, North America's largest family-owned broadline food service distributor.
Meeting the following qualifications to be considered for our 2025 internship program:
- Currently enrolled in a university pursuing a Bachelor degree in Business or related fields
- Incoming Junior or Senior status as of May 2025 (Minimum of 56 credit hours)
- Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
