e are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Coordinator to join our team on-site in Schenectady. As a Contract Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our manufacturing team. The Contract Coordinator will provide administrative support to our estimating, and contract review processes. This role requires someone who enjoys being fastidious, thrives in a dynamic and active environment, and can work equally well independently and collaboratively. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment, possess excellent communication skills, and be proficient in ERP software and Microsoft Excel.

  • Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the P1 estimating process:
  • Configuration of and organization of customer-suppli
  • Access customer portals as needed to acquire needed data.
  • Requesting additional and/or missing information from customer sales representatives.
  • Data entry related to estimating operations.
  • Send requests to vendors to material/service pricing.
  • Provide Administrative support to the P1 contract review process:
  • Verification of new orders to internal estimate.
  • Entry of new orders into ERP system.
  • Transfer of estimate related data to production teams for planning and execution.
  • Review and input PO revisions into system.
  • Support delivery of early deliverables for customers.
  • Provide status updates to internal and external customers as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

  • Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree in Business, Accounting or related field
  • 5+ years of administrative work experience
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Proficiency in ERP software, with experience in data entry and inventory management
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and management
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
