Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Material Handler who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth flow of materials within our plant. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while supporting our team and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily material transactions and assist work center associates, planners, and buyers with material placement and flow.
• Perform data entry, sorting, and verification of incoming and outgoing documentation to ensure accuracy before entering information into the operating system.
• Conduct inspections on received purchased parts, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Coordinate logistics for loading domestic trucks and international air shipments, ensuring timely deliveries to customers or internal stock locations.
• Complete required training for shipping and receiving functions, including peak operational support and forklift operation, as needed.
• Actively engage in continuous improvement initiatives, including participation in kaizen events.
• Contribute to the maintenance and cleanliness of the facility through daily 5S activities.
